Q: have i lost my baby ?????????

It all started Wednesday with brown discharge in morning and nothing at all until Friday with light spotting ,so went to hospital where i was told nothing to worry about as i still tested pregnant .Sunday a different story woke up heavy bleeding no pain no clots ,back up A&E for me :( had pregnancy test still positive had scan could not see anything ?. they kept asking me my dates my last period 31/07/2011 which makes me 7 weeks !!!! had bloods to check HCG more bloods 48 hours later (tomorrow) i have accepted i have lost baby all i do is cry and i just cant get my head around it all has any one else been in my shoes x

hi my levels were 1616 sunday today they were only 709 i have been advised that i have had miscarriage ... i wish you all the best and love in your pregnancy .... i can finally be at peace now xxxxx

Talking to other women does help. I'm now almost 5 wks and scared to death of another m/c. It took us 4 months to get pregnant again. I wish u the best of the luck in the future and I'm sorry that u have to go through this it's very hard to accept. When I went in for my d&c my nurse told me that good things fall apart so better things

I wish u the best of the luck in the future and I'm sorry that u have to go through this it's very hard to accept. When I went in for my d&c my nurse told me that good things fall apart so better things can fall together...it made me feel a little better. U may also want to get a second oponion i found out after d&c that my progesteone levels were low and had my doc given me the prescription i probably wouldnt have m/c. Keep us updated and stay strong. God bless.

Yes. I have been there. I was 5wks when I had very light spotting called doc they did an u/s said everything was fine and that spotting was sometimes normal. Over the next 2wks the bleeding got worse they couldn't see nothing on u/s but the sac no fetal pole no yolk sac but doctor said it was just too early to see and the bleeding would stop. I ended up in the ER with heavy bleeding and they did ultrasound and came back to say there's a baby in there and the bleeding was ok they called it a threatened m/c and to take it easy. 2days later and still bleeding I was told I was bleeding from where the sac implanted to my uterus doctor said the bleeding wasn't going to stop and there was no baby. We were devastated but looking back I knew when the spotting started it wasn't a good sign. I read everything to keep my hopes up and it seems I fell harder. I wouldn't let them push u to have d&c until 9 wk scan and if there's still nothing or the sac has stopped growing u must make ur peace. G
