Q: Concerned over pinkish tint and cramps! Need positive stories only please

I am terrified. Me and my partner had sex last night and at end i wiped pink. Today its still only a tint but its still pinkish/orange. I wouldnt have been concerned but i started cramping this morning. Only dull cramps but constant and very low. Has anyone ever had this and not miscarried?

ive spoke to midwife and she says to sit tight and see if anything develops as at this stage if its gonna happen they cant prevent it.

Spotting is normal after sex. I had sex once and durning my Husband notice i was bleeding but bright red blood but no pain and i was freaking out i had to wait for my doc to come in to call cus this happened in the morning. I was told to go in for a check up at the hospital just to be safe and everything was perfect!!!! So as long as it stops and doenst get worse you should be fine from what they told me.. Im 29weeks now and that happened like 5 or 6weeks ago.. but it never hurts to get checked out.
But sounds like you will be fine because its very light.. just rememeber its very senative down there. BEST OF LUCK!!!

Light spotting after inercourse is normal as are aches and pains! When i first found out I was pregnant, whenever i had sex I would get such bad cramps I couldn't stand it. Because everything is so swollen and tender when you're pregnant, spotting just happens! I worried so much in the beginning but believe me, it does get easier! I am now 22 weeks along and baby is thriving so I had all this worry for nothing! Take a deep breath sweetie, you will be fine, I promise! Encouraging words got me through the beginning, hope they help you too!

Thank you so much, you ve made me feel so much better. This has been a difficult time due to personal reasons and i was worried the stress was taking its toll over the pregnancy! Cramps seem to have gone but still a slight tint when i wipe, nothing on pants tho. Maybe i am worrying over nothing

Its always so different for each person and each pregnancy BUT I hope this helps you feel a little better anyway. Im currently on my 5th pregnancy I have had 2 losses 1 at 8 weeks and 1 at 14 weeks I also have 2 beautiful little boys! with my 2 losses i NEVER had any spotting or bleeding, I had complete missed misscarriages. With my 2 healthy pregnancies resulting in 2 healthy boys I had spotting a few times in the first trimester. I am now 9 weeks and just had slight spotting last night, Im booked in for a scan on friday just to check on bub as my last loss (the one at 14 weeks) I had complications with surgery and my uterus might have issues BUT im feeling kinda hopeful as when i look at my past the spotting was only ever in my healthy pregnancies. If you like Ill update you on friday to how bub is after this spotting :) To me it seems like your spotting is most likely from your cervix and the sex. We have alot more blood going through the area in pregnancy. Im sure all is fine xx

i had pink spotting and bad cramps at 7 weeks, after having sex with hubby. i was terrified and cried all night because we already had a previous miscarriage. the next day it was gone, ultrasound showed a heartbeat. now im 13 weeks and had no other problems. the cervix has alot of blood vessels and sex is likely the cause of spotting. its common at this stage, especially after sex.

I had spotting and sharp pains at 6w2d. I went to the ER and they did blood work and an ultrasound and everything was fine! They say as long as the spotting isn't bright red not to worry about it. Spotting and dull cramping is normal in early pregnancy. Best of luck :)
