This is a little late but cramping can also be caused by not eating or drinking enough (dehydration). A pregnant friend of mine just went through that. I hope things are okay with you now. :-)

HI there...Im going to give you a very realistic point of view. If any spotting or bleeding becomes involved, you may be miscarrying. I just miscarried at 8 weeks on Wednesday, but the baby passed at 7 weeks. It took about a week and a half for my levels to come down and for me to miscarry and expel my little bean. I knew there was something wrong the moment my symptoms went away. I could no longer feel breast tenderness. :( It's been heart breaking and Ive been very emotional for the last couple days. Hopefully you do not even see an ounce of dry blood or red blood, but Im concerned that your cramping that bad. Its not good. Also, you know your body. My nurse on Monday told me to "put me feet up and drinks lots of water." Umm, no. I went to the ER and thats where I learned there was no heart beat. Goodluck to you and I wish the best!

dont worry urself about it. my symptoms has been gone for 2 weeks now and am 12 weeks 3 days. no ms anymore and i feel great except headache once in a while. i ahve cramps too sometimes and i complained to the doc. she told me that if there is no bleeding, then its no cause for concern that its the baby forming. she asked me to take a rest whenever i have it. but still call your doc to complain.

I would call your dr, where the loss of symptoms at 11 weeks is normal the cramping could be cause for concern, better to be safe .. good luck

Don't worry yourself with the thought of misscarriage. Loss of symptoms at 11 weeks+ is very normal and you should embrace it, mama! You're heading in to tri 2 shortly! The cramping could very well be from your uterus stretching and possible round ligament pain. I had bad cramps throughout the whole first trimester and even through trimester two. If you're not bleeding and have no strong smelling discharge I wouldn't be concerned. Try not to worry too much. you can always call your doctor and she or he will have you come in and get checked out just to be safe. Good luck sweetie!

My symptoms came and went for the first 12 weeks. I'd have days that I felt like I could run a marathon, then days where I didn't even wanna drag my bum out of bed in the morning! Don't worry, in a few days, the crappy feeling will come back! :)

Symptoms disappear for a lot of women around 10-13 weeks, but if the cramps are severe and painful, it's definitely best to call your doctor or a health nurse to get checked out. I was told that as long as cramps aren't severe there's nothing to worry about, but severe cramps are something that should be reported to your doc ASAP. It could easily be nothing, but better to be safe and get checked!
