Q: Pressure down low

hey girls, i just want some advice im due next friday ive been getting alot of pressure down like the head is really going to drop out sometimes and stabbing feeling aswell my back is killing me is this a sign of anything im hoping he comes early but im not sure if these are any signs i have a appointment on friday and want to see if im dialated or anything but my water hasnt broken or anything :-(

My big babies never dropped because they didn't fit. However I have heard the pressure is a sign that they are getting into position. I can say I felt myself dialate with my first (I had a scheduled csec with my second) and it's a pretty painful sharp pain in the whoo ha lol I was in labor for 8 hours before my water broke with my first so it might be getting close! :)
