Q: positive test 2 weeks after early miscarriage. help!

I had a miscarriage on 10th august at 5 weeks preg. I had blood test and everything returned to normal. I tested positive on 14th september with a new pregnancy and started beeding again the same day. I wewnt to hospital where my blood hcg was very low at only 12 and doctors said it was another early miscarriage. I stopped bleeding on the 20th september and today the 26th september i went to the hospital where the preg test was negative so they said no follow up was needed. I came home and did a digital and it still says pregnant 1-2. Why am i still getting positives? The doctors said that because my blood hcg was so low a pregnancy test should of come up negative. I am so scared and confused.

I've had two miscarriages and both time the doctors told me the tests would probably come up positive for a while. I'm really sorry for your loss. :(

when i miscarried it took 3 months to get back down to nothing, although i may have had a chemical at the end,but i was only 7 weeks 3 days when baby died and ended up needing a d and c at like 10 weeks bc i didnt bleed on my own...hcg is first detected in blood but has to leave the body somehow so its last to leave ur urine , thats probably why,it shud be out in a few days
