Q: Signs of miscarrige?

I'm four weeks and one day pregnant and I'm terrified that I'm going to miscarry. This is my first pregnancy- Most of my symptoms went away today. I woke up at 4 am, went back to sleep, and then up again 7 am this morning and I've been feeling really good, high energy and stuff like that. I have been having PMS-like cramps since about 10 dpo, no bleeding or anything though. I took a pregnancy test today and it was positive, but it seemed to take longer than the one I took yesterday. It also seemed a bit lighter. I'm freaking out! Anyone else in this boat?

When I would worry that my symptoms were fading, I'd try to find the one that was always consistent, which for me was sore bbs. If they hurt, then I stopped worrying. The next day, if I freaked myself out again, I'd check, and sure enough, yep, still sore. You will most likely have that one symptom that never goes away. Or you will have at least one good symptom. Think of it as a hormone horse race. One day it might be extreme fatigue, the next nausea, and so on. You may not have every symptom every single day. Try not to worry. It's hard, but you'll do yourself a favor if you find some other way to occupy your mind.

Thank you! I'm having sore bbs today which has NEVER happened to me not even with af so it feels like a good sign. I haven't had any spotting or anything and the cramps I feel are super mild. I'll be looking out for blood but other than that I'm just going to try to ignore the cramps and uncomfortable stuff. I just can't wait for the 12 week mark!!

i was 11 weeks when I miscarried I had no signs to it coming up, all my symptoms stayed with me until after I had a d&c, what happened in my case was I just woke up early hours too feeling like I had loads of cervical mucus an when I checked it was bright red blood. I never once had pains.
on a good note in this pregnancy I am in now I had bad period type pains for the first 8 weeks, apparently it can be normal, unless you feel like you need to take medication for it. call dr if you are concerned, but with you being so early I am guessing all they will do is a blood test.

I can't tell you either way. I can tell you I miscarried YEARS ago and I remember the cramps came and within a day or so I was bleeding. I am 6 weeks 3 days today and I cramped for about 2 weeks (minor cramps nothing major) and I was freaking out... however, the cramps stopped and I never spotted or anything. I too have been kind of high energy for a couple of days and a lot of my symptoms went away but not the sore bbs! No fear... I feeling the fatigue again! LOL! I will say a prayer for you. If tomorrow you still have a lot of worry and concern, call your doctor... that is what they are there for! I thought I was going to drive mine crazy the first couple of weeks. .LOL... good luck!
