Q: Anyone's husband not want to try again after a loss?

My husband seems to think after our second failed pregnancy that we should give up. I dont agree. Anyone been through this before?

i agree with thirdtimemamma. They also need time to grieve. After we lost our twins in 2011, I didn't even want to try again, but with time that passed and I realized how badly I wanted a baby. We became pregnant again after trying for 4 months. I think he will come around, he just needs time.

Yes , it's very common for them , they don't want to see you keep getting hurt and it's hurtful for them to. We suffered a loss the very first time we tried , it was my 1st but my husbands 4th! He was just not ready and I insisted we try again as soon as possible and he said no he was going to wear protection ! It was a rough month or so, we did alot of talking alot of crying, we fought alot and then he overcame it, I think the husbands just need time to, they have different ways of dealing with things like this!
