Q: pregnancy with last 6 weeks bleeding starts

my wife is pregnent with last 6 weeks happend bleeding starts from last 2 days dr ultrasound &call us baby is safe but no heart beat is heard & call me wait & watch

I'm glad the dotor said the baby is safe. I'm not sure I understand, though. Is your wife 6 weeks pregnant now? You might not hear a heartbeat at that point. Or are you saying she has 6 weeks left until she gives birth?
