The cramping is normal! I'm 23 weeks and I still get AF-like cramps almost everyday!!!
And yes, by the time you get your first positive HPT, you should be about 4 weeks, more or less depending if you tend to ovulate earlier or later than usual!
Good luck! Early pregnancy is nerve-wracking, especially when you're at risk for a specific problem... fingers crossed for you!

They said since I have endo so bad that there is almost an 85 percent chance of an ectopic pregnancy. I'm just worried that it feels like I should be on my period... I have been cramping quite a bit lately. So happy that other ppl have this awful cramping too!
I got the positive test Sunday- today is CD 36, so I should only be about 4 weeks in, right?

I am 6 weeks and I have had cramping the entire time. 390 seems like a good number for just barely finding out. I have never had an ectopic but my cousin did and her hcg level never got above 37. If progesterone is low, they can give you medication to improve that. Keep your head up! Did you ask the clinic, if they were concerned about ectopic?
