I'm right there with you, a BO @ 6w and an loss @ 8w (heart stopped somewhere around 7 weeks). I am having spotting (midwife's exam showed nothing coming from the cervix, I have a yeast infection though) which is caused by irritation, and I'm having what she says are round ligament pains already.

I panic every single time I have a pain and when my spotting seems heavier, but I'm trying so hard to stay calm. Take heart, you are not alone!

Rest, drink lots of water and whenever you feel cramps lay down and drink more water! I suffered a miscarriage as well and the worry won't stop. Even after I heard the heartbeat I still worry, but it gets better. You start to trust your body more when you relax and reassure yourself you are doing everything you can. You just have to be patient with yourself and be happy because today you are pregnant. But don't resist the worry, just take care of yourself and realize its reasonable to be scared, just don't let it control you.

I had a Mc in Sept at a little over 7weeks. now I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I still get worked up about everything. It is hard to relax. I have had the round ligment pains from very early on to with this pregnancy which I didn;t have with my DD. So those always scare me, and the doctor keeps telling me they are 100% normal, and the baby and me are perfectly healthy. I try to stay calm and relaxed but it is hard. It has helped me by buying a fetal doppler for my house. It was only $30 on amazon. Just try to believe and have a good support system. If u ever need to talk I'm here! My sister in law and my best friend has both been thru a MC too and they are really good support systems for me. I call or text them whenever I get worried and they always calm me down.
