Q: GESTATIONAL SAC IS MEASURES 9 WEEKS BUT ACTUALLY 7 WEEKS ONLY

i had my scan 2 weeks ( 7 weeks preggy) ago and we saw a baby with heartbeat of 172. My baby is growing normally but my gestational sac measures large of 39mm which is size of 9 weeks. Is that implicates a problem or possible miscarriage ?

Don't worry. My sister always measured big... and has had 3 healthy kids. x

She said nothing to worry because the sac is well defined... But i cant help but worry
