Q: Raspberry Leaf Tea/tablets?

Has anyone thought about taking raspberry leaf tablets or tea? I have been googling it and a lot of moms swear by it bringing on labour in good time and it also helps your labour speed along! What are your thoughts on this? Want to start taking it soon but want to check out when it is safe. I am 26 + 5 now!

I started Red raspberry leaf tablets at 28 weeks since it won't bring on labor, it tones your uterus so you may get braxton cntractions after starting it (or stronger ones if you already have them). you can continue taking them after birth to help your uterus contact faster and help with after birth pains... Also another great product is evening primrose oil capsules, you start taking them orally at around 36wks and you can also take them internally from 38wks, these again don't induce labor but do help ripen your cercix

Sorry I didn't mean any time soon - most people seem to start taking it 32 to 35 weeks, apparently you need to let it build up in your system..
