Q: Did anybody experience this?

So i went to the ER tonight because i started spotting again. My HCG level was at 69, I'm about 5 weeks pregnant. But the doctor said he seen some spotting when he did the vaginal exam. My cervix is closed and i think he said its facing to my back or was it my uterus I'm not sure. He said there is still hope. Now I'm wondering if I'm 5weeks shouldn't my HCG be higher. I know when i ovulated so i know where I'm at!
Any input would be appreciated as iI have no idea whats going on.

Just let time taje its course as nd get a repeat test to see if levels increased..
