Q: Pain at 23weeks

I have this sore on going, dull pain on the lower left side of my uterus, its been going on for 30 mins now and don't know what it is or what to do. ive tried rolling over to my right side to see if it was the baby pushing on me but that didn't help. Advice?

I'm wondering if it's just ligament pain. I usually notice it in my left side first and then later my other side but usually my left causes more issues. So for example I knew my baby was going through a growth spurt because it started the other day on left and is still somewhat there but now feel it more on my right and he was a little more lethargic yesterday. Then I noticed my tummy popped out a bit more. If you need reassurance I'd call your doctor if it's really bugging you :).
