Q: Weight, what?!?!

Just a little info, I have high blood pressure and hypothyroidism. Both are treated and under control. Because of the BP I get an ultrasound and fetal non-stress test twice a week. I am 34 weeks today with my third child (it's a boy :D). I'm due Dec. 12th. The US tech told me today that he weighs 6 pounds even and if he keeps gaining like he's gaining then he will be a 9 pound baby. His head and stomach are also measuring about a week and a half ahead. His femur bone however is right on target. Whaaaat??? I am 5'2", my hubby is 5"5", and historically I have small babies. My oldest (boy) was 6 lbs 12 oz 18 1/2 in and my youngest (girl) was 7 lbs 10 oz and 19 in long. I am thankful that he is healthy, but I am NOT thrilled with the idea of pushing out a 9 pounder. How accurate were your ultrasounds at predicting weight, ect?

My first baby was estimated to be 9 pounds the day before I had her, she was 6 pounds 4 ounces. My 2nd was estimated to be 10+ and he was 8 pounds 6 ounces. Looks like my 3rd will be just the same lol.

I'm 5'3 with slim hips and my son was 9lb, he was no issue to push out without epidural or assistance. Only minimal tearing too.
We don't have growth ultrasounds here but I did have a private scan at 27wks and he measured as 'average'.
I was told at my private scan with this baby that she could only estimate a weight as it was really hard to get an exact measurement when baby was head down. Her legs are also a week in front.
I have read other stories of women who were predicted big babies but had babies smaller than they were told.
