Read lots of.horror stories on google an Im unsure what to do, Im dead againts abortions I have lost a baby b4. But I aslo dont want to lose a baby at a late stage or die myself an leave 4 children . I had two c sections, less than 12 months apart. My doc gave me the go ahead before we got pregnant a second time, and after that one said again, we could have more whenever we wanted to, as I had healed well. He told me he usually doesn't recommend women having more than 5 c sections, as each time it gets more and more difficult for her body to recover. However, it didn't sound dangerous for mom and baby. Try not to worry! Worry and stress do take a toll on both of you. Also, talk to your doctor to get some straight answers, and pleeeeease stay away from Google. lol it is the enemy of all pregnant women :)

I had my first emergency then my second came 14 months later they gave me a 50/50 chance.of rupture an.I felt pressured an.scared into another section. My 3rd came 17 months later and again my consultant said to soon for vbac so had to do a section. My 4th came 6 years later I got a new consultant and she said my last dr should never have told me I couldnt do vbac. I was allowed to try and got to my due date an went into labour tho I never passed 2cm babies heart rate dropped and we done a emergancy section. She said afterwards the uterus was paper thin. Now.during my discharge she said if you get pregnant again it will certainly be a c section. She didnt seem worried but I just google some horror stories.as ya do and have scared myself. Silly me. Early days yet only 4 weeks pewgnant so we shall see what the next consultant says :)

If your doctor wasn't concerned, then i wouldn't be either. I have had 2 csections and we may have more. My doctor never told me that there would be a limit of sections i could have. How old is your youngest? If enough time has passed, then I'm sure it is fine. I had my two 15 months apart and my body handled it great.
