Q: Fundal height 16 cm @ 13 weeks.. is that big? (obsessing a little..)

..because it sounds too big to me. I'm basing that just off of what I could find about fundal height from Google. I am 100% sure of my gestational age, as we were trying to get pregnant and I obsessively track AF and O each month and POAS multiple times before AF is due. My Dr agrees and did not order a dating scan, so I am (not so) patiently waiting for my OB to order an ultrasound next month. I am thinking my Dr may have measured wrong.. thoughts? I have had reasons to suspect multiples with this pregnancy, I've had strong fatigue, more nausea than with my daughter, very sore breasts and I am already showing like I'm well into my second trimester. Any input is welcome :) TIA

I wouldn't worry. I'm currently 31 weeks and at my last visit I was measuring 32-33 weeks. They were not worried though, I think I'm just going to have a big baby like I did with #1 :-). Good luck!

It could be any number of things. Multiples, measured wrong, extra fluid, just the way your body is. Every pregnancy is different and the measurements they go off are just a guide. You might measure big now and then even back out later. I wouldn't stress :) H & H 9 months!
