Q: Is everything I'm going through all in my head? Feeling confused, frustrated and tortured... Argh.

Hi there. Please help! My last period started on Feb 27 and I definitely ovulated on 13 March ( ov test BFP). And I made sure certain duties were fulfilled 2 days, the day before and the day of. I am now 11 DPO, 3 HPT BFN, done last week and a blood test on 10 DPO BFN. Symptoms stared last Thursday 19 Mar. Mild cramping, feels like my period will start any second, on and off tender breasts, and feeling a little more tired than usual. Over the next few days, I noticed CM dried up but has come back a lot, it's white and has a creamy texture (TMI sorry). Also feeling bloated and heavy. And have had a few nausea spells and dizzy spells. And I've noticed darkening around my areola. After BFN, DH swears it's all in my head. Is he right? Or did I test too early? I honestly feel pregnant, but I am so confused, frustrated and tortured by not knowing. Any advise or suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I didn't get a positive test until the day of my expected period. Your body doesn't start producing the pregnancy hormones until after implantation so if you implant late or perhaps ovulated a day or so later than you think you could be testing too soon

The earliest I have ever gotten a BFP is on 12DPO. I would just wait and test again. Try not to stress about it. Watch movies with your love, go for a walk in the park, find something to distract you from the constant torture of your worry.

Even a blood test wont pick up the pregnancy if the egg did not implant. .... It can take 12 days. Also, unless ur charting, it very difficult to know when you ovulated... It could of been 24 hours later. Give it a couple more days :) I know it's so hard!!! (Ps. I dont think its in ur head :)

The symptoms you're describing can be associate with early pregnancy, but also with an impending period. It's hard to say, but if I were you I'd wait until your period is late before trying to test again. Easier said than done I know!

Not sure if you're aware, but the sister site to this one (Countdown TO Pregnancy - http://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/) can help you track your symptoms from cycle to cycle and track your cycle. If you're out this month, you might want to head over there and start tracking. Good luck!
