Q: I had 2 blood work done one was @ 10.713 and then another one was @ 10.913 is this normal or am I

I had 2 blood work done one was @ 10.713 and then another one was @ 10.913 is this normal or am I miscarrying..

just to let everyone know and I will keep updating as of right now my HCG level double and the dr wanted to do a sonogram to see if he could see anything there is a heatbeat!!!!!! so we are not giving up yet, we go back to the dr on the 28th just to make sure everything is ok, PLEASE KEEP US IN YOUR PRAYERS..

Sorry this is happening to you. It would see from the numbers and info you have provided. I would expect a miscarrage to start very soon. You can ask your dr. to do an u/s or run more bloods. Your numbers should be increasing a lot more. There's is always hope until it is confirmed by your doctor. But I would mentally start preparing. We are all here for support for you and many of us have suffered multiple losses x

It's suppose to at least double in a 48 hr period :(

Im 7 weeks and One day today, had blood work done on the 17th, and the 21st..

How far apart were your blood draws and how far along are you?

In the first weeks, your levels would ideally be doubling every 31-72 hours or so. BUT this really slows down later on - after about 10 weeks the levels plateau and then start to decrease. I found this webpage very helpful - http://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/tools/beta_doubling_calculator.php
