It can be normal due to how baby/babies sitting. Stretching too can cause skin to feel numb in certain spots. I had this my last month and it was so weird. No lasting effects though.

Yeah my belly button is almost out, but not fully yet. It's directly to the right of my belly button that's numb it's so weird!! When I touch beside the left of my belly button I have feeling still. I'm going to mention it at my next OB appointment next week if the feelings there still just incase :)

Don't necessarily know if it is normal, but i have the same sensation. I think it just has to do with the stretching. The part that used to be in is now out and probably has different nerve feelings.
