Swelling can be common in pregnancy and especially in a multiple pregnancy. My swelling didn't get bad until the final couple of weeks and really it was the last week when it was the worst. You may just mention to your doctor at your next visit since there is a higher risk for twin pregnancies to have issues with blood pressure and pre-eclampsia.
