Q: PLEASE HELP ME... I'm so heart broken. I feel like dying right now. Explain results.

Last Friday I had ultrasound and saw sac and yolk. Yesterday I passed a large mass that I think was my baby. I went to the hospital and can not confirm miscarriage. they stated I might be in the process. What does this mean... There is a single genstational sac within the endometrial cavity. sac diameter 20mm genstational age 6W 6D. No embryo seen. Yolk sac is unremarkable measuring 3mm. HCG 55000. What does this mean. Are they being nice cause they can't see anything? Please help me. I'm so heart broken. I only have a little brown blood but I still have not bleed anymore except when that mass came out. (blood clot) I think was baby. Now I have a little brown but no cramps or pain really. I do feel empty.

I am really sorry dear. No, they are not just being nice. Why they should have to just be nice to you. It's their work. They'll tell you what is good for you. don't worry. I guess now everything is on its way. If something went wrong then it's for your own benefit. Don't be worry about it. It's just going to be good for you. Take it as a positive side. I wish you a best of luck dear. You'll get pregnant again. Just give it a go one more time. Everything is going to be alright for you.

Did they say anything about a heartbeat? At 6w6d, you should have been able to see a heartbeat on ultrasound. If there was no heartbeat, I'd say a miscarriage is more likely, but not necessarily what's happening. You should be getting blood work drawn again in a couple of days and another ultrasound in a week if your HCG levels aren't decreasing.

it's really hard to tell, going by your results it looks like you are still pregnant and your hcg levels look great.
Considering you have no cramps i don't think it's a miscarriage as you would know if you felt your body trying to get rid of it, many women get some spotting during the first trimester and the clot could have been your body clearing out any uterine shedding to make room for the baby.
