Did they say anything about a heartbeat? At 6w6d, you should have been able to see a heartbeat on ultrasound. If there was no heartbeat, I'd say a miscarriage is more likely, but not necessarily what's happening. You should be getting blood work drawn again in a couple of days and another ultrasound in a week if your HCG levels aren't decreasing.

it's really hard to tell, going by your results it looks like you are still pregnant and your hcg levels look great.
Considering you have no cramps i don't think it's a miscarriage as you would know if you felt your body trying to get rid of it, many women get some spotting during the first trimester and the clot could have been your body clearing out any uterine shedding to make room for the baby.
