Hello mothers,
It is a strange body adaptation during pregnancy. You can't practically do much about anything that happens during it. Sometimes it is a beautiful experience, and other times it can change into a nightmare. every woman has entirely different pregnancy experience, no two women can certainly have the same set of conditions during pregnancy. Early in my pregnancy, I had to cramp also, they told me if I spotted it would be normal however I didn't. At 5 weeks you're really not going to see anything but a sac. They did not see the fetal pole until my 6-week scan and did not see the baby until 7-8 week scan. They had me come in every week until they see the baby, and then every week until I was no longer at high risk (progesterone levels were low and not rising how they should have been).Go back in a week, if nothing they should send you to ER to make sure there's no ectopic pregnancy.Just keep track of it the pain and bleeding,

Go back in a week, if nothing they should send you to ER to make sure there's no ectopic pregnancy.

Just keep track of it the pain and bleeding, If the pain becomes unbearable or the bleeding becomes heavy than go back to the ER. In the meantime try not to stress yourself out.

Good Luck!
