Henley Reese's Birth Story

Collapse to hide story/photo for this milestone

We had a scheduled csection at 7am and had to be at the hospital at 5am to be prepped and do paperwork and all. At 7am we were walked next door to the OR and they did my spinal block and got my all prepped and catheterized. We went to the OR and she was born at 7:28am! She nearly cried immediately! Such a relief! It was a beautiful sound! I cried instantly. They brought her around the drape to me so I could see and touch her before they started cleaning her up. It's been an amazing experience. We love her more than life itself. She is our pride and joy and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful baby girl!

Thank you, ladies. We are beyond excited and happy!! We are so very blessed!! She is perfect in every way. Looks just like her daddy spat her out of his butt! I'm starting to see a different side of him, and it's so wonderful!
