Soooo... I have read it's normal to have BH here and there throughout the pregnancy. Especially starting in the second trimester. And I've had some tiny ones sporadically for the last few weeks. However, the ones I had last night were so strong I thought I was going to throw up a couple times. And I felt it really bad in my lower back. Yay... looking like I'll have back labor with this baby as well. Definitely going to be mentioning this to my doctor Friday when I go for my anatomy scan. Please Baby J... stay in there another few months at least!!!
On a happier note... daddy got to feel the baby move last night LOTS! He/she was going crazy with a little dance party or karate practice or something for about 2 hours straight! :)

Hzl... I did think about dehydration. I was so busy this weekend, that I probably didn't consume as much water as I should have. So I tried to get down quite a bit last night, and working on it today as well. :)

Haha.. weird is how I would describe BH for the most part as well. They haven't been painful or even that uncomfortable for me yet. And with my first two children, I never really had them much until the very end. But last night was HORRIBLE! We were sitting in a restaurant and I felt like I was about to start my period. It was a horrible painful menstrual cramping that went all the way across the front and back and everything was so tight, and I almost threw up. It lasted about an hour, and then went away. About 2 hours later I had a few more small ones, but thankfully that was it. I was really scared at first.

That is strange to have BH with vomiting. Have you drank enough fluids?? Sometimes dehydration will cause bad cramping with vomiting or light headed. Hopefully your doc can give you a better idea of whats wrong but in the mean time... drink, drink, drink!

I've had what I think are BH contractions for a long time now (I think 18 weeks or so) and they've never been painful but definitely weird when you don't know what they are. I always thought it was the babies moving. So exciting to feel baby move. I felt my first external kick this weekend and it was so neat. I don't notice the babies moving over different foods or sounds. I have noticed that they are WAY more active overall. I feel them all the time now and much, much stronger.

That has really been the first time I've noticed it when eating/drinking. No real pattern as of yet.

Do you notice it more when you eat or drink? A lot of people say that. Baby J seems to like really loud action scenes on movies. That's when he/she starts jumping around. Lol!

Sorry to hear about the BH. Glad you have an appointment soon to mention it. Can't wait to hear about your anatomy scan! Also glad daddy got to feel the baby. We had my husbands homemade chili last Thursday. I'm not sure if Baby Colton loved it or hate it but he was moving around like crazy too. The most I've felt him so far.
