I fell asleep around 7pm on the couch last night and I am still exhausted today. I just don't get it! Well I do.. I'm pregnant, but I thought the 2nd trimester was supposed to be accompanied by a mad surge of energy? WTH!?
Today was a decent day. I feel like my belly is sticking out more than it ever has.. so that means I've gained more weight because my uterus is not that much bigger..
I feel so bad for my friend Stephanie. Her best friend passed away from a severe asthma attack Saturday night. I can't imagine what she and his family is going through. You just don't hear of people dying from asthma.. I also feel horrible for one of the girls I met on cdtp, who is pregnant now. She is 25 weeks along and is already experiencing signs of preterm labor. She has two daughters to take care of and her husband is in the Navy so he's gone every other week. I have no idea how she's dealing. I pray nothing like that happens to me. I can't even imagine. Hopefully they can get her to 32 or 34 weeks.
Our budy Chip is coming over tonight! I am very happy about that. I miss him, though it most likely means I won't get to watch Y&R :( We used to see Chip at least 4 times a week but then he moved an hour and a half away and got married so we barely see him anymore. Its very sad and I know Jeff misses him dearly.
Today I am feeling very lucky to have such an amazing family and great group of friends though most of them are pen pals, haha.
