Monday 11/18/13 - 25 Weeks!!!!!

I've developed edema. My legs are so swollen and gross. They hurt pretty bad on Saturday but I've been elevating them when I can to try to take the swelling and pain down. I've also had the worst heartburn of my life lately. I am going to talk to my doctor about both the heartburn and the edema on Thursday. I think its ok to take prilosec but I want to get it okayed again. I also hope the edema isn't reason for concern. Work has been stressful and I think my blood pressure is up some so I wonder if its related..?
I am so bummed out. We were both so excited to buy all of our big ticket items from Target this weekend but it didn't work out. The sale apparently only when through Saturday but they didn't note that on their website... so Saturday, Jeff and I spent the morning at Target deciding everything we wanted for the baby and planning to sit down on Sunday to order it all. Well when we went to order on Sunday the sale was off. So we didn't order a thing. I was so upset.
But the rest of the day Saturday was fun. Jeff ended up coming shopping with me and his mom and she spent over $300 at Babies R Us. We got a lot but not nearly what you'd think you'd get for $300. Jeff did manage to grab every outfit that said something like "I love my Daddy" or "Daddy's little Angel". He blamed it on liking the colors but I know the truth! Lol. I just can't believe his mom was so generous. I wasn't thinking, we really should have gone to the Carter's outlet. We'll do that another time. After shopping we went to Red Robin and I had a bonzai chicken burger and it was to die for! OMG! I want another one right now!
Saturday night we went to our buddy's bday party and I was the designated driver. I tried to order a non alcholic beer but believe it or not they were out of them! I couldn't believe it!!
Yesterday we did nothing other than try to order baby stuff and watch football.
I am so tired today I can barely keep my eyes open. And its cold and rainy which makes my boobs hurt even worse.
