Try Sea Bands! I couldn't handle any taste of real ginger (except ginger ale, which didn't help my nausea, just helped me stay hydrated). I got my sea bands at walgreen's for like $12. Totally helped me through a few weeks of the worst nausea!

Mi-Del is the gingersnap brand. It's a yellow bag with red and white lettering. Give it a try. :)

Wal Mart sells a brand of ginger snaps that has actual chunks of crystallized ginger in them. Spicy, but better than regular ginger snaps. Also, peppermint & peppermint tea help. Lemon water. sea Bands. Pretzels. I had such bad morning sickness with my first - I lost 30 lbs & have permanent tooth damage from all the vomiting, so I consider myself an "expert." Lol! You're prob not going to find anything that makes it 100% better. I lived off of grits & mashed potatoes with my first. Thank God it wasn't as severe with #2! Feel better! At least it is a good sign of a strong pregnancy! :)

Ginger pills by Gravol work awesome and are safe, Tetley "Soothe" Ginger Mint Tea and sea bands have helped me greatly. HTH.

I have looked everywhere, and even had people in other states look and they are nowhere to be found. I found them online, but only in 12 packs for 31 bucks. I found them on World Market online, so I may call them to see if they carry them in store. But, I have been planning a trip to Babies R Us for Preggo Pops.

I don't know! Lol. The only thing that work for sure with me was laying very still and not moving :) The second I would get up for any reason, i would go throw up. Thankfully that stopped for me just before I hit 10 weeks. I don't know if it will come back because it left so early, but I'm enjoying food again!
