Photo stealer?

Anybody else get this message on here about someone stealing your photo? This was the message I got from someone with the screen name "exposingphotostealer".

"Hi there! So there is a girl I know who is always faking illnesses... and now she randomly popped up pregnant and got her boyfriend of 3 months to marry her. Something seemed a little fishy when she was able to say she was precisely 9 weeksand 4 days pregnant after only finding out she way "pregnant" 3 days ago. So I searched 9 week ultrasounds and low and behold your 9 week and 4 day ultrasound popped up and it is the exact same image! Just thought you should know. They could have just e-mailed you a screen shot in that message. I have heard of people printing ultrasounds from online to lie about their pregnancy though. I'd just ignore it.
