Got the crib ordered today!

Can't wait until it's delivered! It should get here within a few days of all the other stuff I've ordered! Yay! One less thing to worry about buying later! Phew! Back to being broke now after we spent our dang income taxes.

Now we just have to get a matching white dresser and the room stuff should be finished with the exception of wall decor and a lamp and rug.

I wanted a white and gray room to match our bedroom with pops of color...but now that I know its a boy for sure I think ill go with dark wood. 	Comment from mrsamanda » Posted Feb. 18, 2014 10:59pm I knew I was gonna want white or natural wood for furniture if to was a girl and white just looks so clean (for now haha) and will look great with the bright pinks and blues and greens of our bedding. I'm planning to paint the walls a turquoise type blue since it is the least used color in the bedding. I think it will make the white pop a lot better and I love blue and pink together!

All the new furniture is white outside of Peep's cradle (which is wood from DH when he was a little one), but I think we'll choose white bedding. :)

	Comment from mrsamanda » Posted Feb. 18, 2014 9:32am That's what we plan on doing. We have bought the crib and bedding, mostly because we found it so cheap and didn't want to pass it up. I've gotten some outfits here and there real cheap/on clearance, but everything else I'm registering for to see what I will end up with and what I'll need to buy. It's so hard to not buy, but it does save money.

My husband and I purchased the crib and dresser, but put all else on our registry and waited to see what we would need to purchase after the shower. This saved a lot for us (money-wise).
