my last ob appointment?

We went to the doctor yesterday I knew my cervix was thinning and maybe slightly open, I wasn't expecting the doc to joke with me he'd being seeing me later that night or the next day. I am fully effaced and dilated to 3cm which he said he could stretch me to 3 1/2-4cm, baby is engaged and bag is bulging.....and so far I'm stil pregnant but have lots of pressure and irregular contractions every 10-45min I didn't get any sleep last night and am staying off my feet hoping I can give my little guy a little more time to cook but it's not looking like it's working..wish me luck
