35 wks today and not sure how much further I'm going to make it. Anyone who has 3 kids, did your third one come much faster??? This is my third, and although you would think I would know by now, I was up the entire night wondering if I am in early labor. It was more than just being uncomfortable. I was in tears. I took three hot baths and a shower. Laying down doesn't help, sitting, standing... Nothing works. Maybe it's just because this is my 3rd pregnancy in under 4 years so it's just tougher. At any rate, I can't imagine making it to 40 weeks or more feeling like this.

With my second i had intense BH from 36 weeks, i really thought id be early but went into labour two days before his due date! I thought id had nothing like that first time but looking back on journal entries here i had been saying heaps of BH so i guess it must have just been so much milder. |

| Comment from Angela18 » Posted Aug. 27, 2018 10:37am I will say for me, BH do get intense the more kids I’ve had, but as far as early labor, I’ve never had mine as close together so my experience really doesn’t count (my last two came 7 & 5 days late). But I think I’ve heard that you’re at a higher risk for it when they’re spaced closer together. Sorry it’s gotten a bit rough for you, definitely no fun. Hope it’s just a fluke and goes away till you’re closer to DD. Hang in there momma! |
 | Comment from adiggs » Posted Aug. 27, 2018 1:52am It's hard to tell. It felt like real contractions, but since they have since stopped I assume it was BH. They say BH aren't painful but that is crap. Thank you <3 Today went okay, but I think it's night time that is the roughest for some reason. |
| Comment from calvingirl » Posted Aug. 27, 2018 1:48am I'm so sorry. Are you just uncomfortable or is it braxton hicks? I'm starting to get them already and it's just a foreshadowing of whats to come. I hope the next month flies by and you have better days so it's not such torture. |
