29w1d- 3 hour glucose test *UPDATE*

I got through the testing at the hospital for the first half of the day. Really wasn't a big deal at all. I still don't think I have anything to worry about, but we shall see. I'm supposed to hear from the doctor either today or tomorrow about the results. My cramping completely stopped overnight. I didn't have any cramping at all and only 1 note-worthy contraction all morning. Until this afternoon. All of a sudden it's back. So now I'm feeling like it has something to do with either me eating or being at work. It can't be a total coincidence that while I was fasting and hanging out at the hospital that I felt completely wonderful and my tummy wasn't hard and heavy anymore. I have a hair appointment in 45 minutes which is looooong overdue. This baby has changed my hair color. I used to have naturally very blonde hair, and now my roots are coming in fast and furious and they are brunette! So going to try to get that all fixed up with some darker colors tonight. Then we are driving an hour and a half away to eat dinner at Olive Garden for our anniversary. Hopefully the car ride doesn't make the cramping worse. We'll be getting home late, but as soon as he mentioned OG I can't get it out of my head. Just going to be without a bottle of their awesome wine this time. Lol! I have another issue I've been getting concerned about. I've lost 5 pounds in about a week. That doesn't seem normal to me. I've been eating the same amount if not more. I don't understand it at all. Hmmmm....

*Update*
Well fudge crackers... (and that's the clean version). I failed. I have to see a diabetic consultant or whatever they are called. :( I really really thought I was fine.

Everyone keeps telling me that the finger pricks every day are the worst part. I did that for a long time due to regulating blood thinners. I think the eating differently will be the hardest part for me. Ilove food. Huge fan of it! Lol

Aww crap! I'm sorry! I was hoping you would pass it :( I have mine tomorrow, I'm not as nervous as I was but I feel "expect the worst, hope for the best" losing weight doesn't sound good hopefully you can balance things out a little, feeling yucky doesn't make things any easier.

Hopefully I can get away with just eating lots of different kinds of salads. That sounds easy enough. Lol

Ah, bummer! The worst part about it seems to be the blood sugar checking. We switched to a diabetic friendly diet earlier in the year (I didn't keep it up though) and it wasn't as bad as we thought. There tons of diabetic friendly recipes out there too.

Malpal... I guess more needles wouldn't kill me. Lol. I'm used to that daily already. I'm sure it won't be as bad as it seems now. Ijust really love food.. Specifically carbs. Lol
Randall.. Probably sounds crazy, but it's our first anniversary. We moved very fast. Way faster than N.Y. past relationships. And I don't regret it for a second. :)
