Morning Sickness is Hell

Yesterday I sat down in the driveway and cried. I couldn't find my car keys. I was so sick, I kept throwing up in my throat. I was late for work. It was horrible. I stayed sick all day long. I went to bed at 5 pm, slept on and off until this morning.
The only time I'm not sick is when I'm sleeping. I'm sick as a dog today too. I've taken B6 and Unisom, and still throwing up. I feel like I'm choking on my own spit. Brushing my teeth makes me throw up too.
I'm late for work again. I ate a roll, some Activia, and took my vitamins. I'm going to go off my prenatal and try to switch to a gummy or women's vitamin. I'll try anything at this point.
I can't believe I have a month of this ahead of me. I don't know how I will ever make it.
