using natural tea tree oil really helps to dry them up! Don't get it too close to your eyes, and if you dont like the smell only use it at night before bed. (its pretty strong smelling)

i use belli face wash. The chemicals used in most acne washes are not good for bub. This is a skin care range designed for pregnant woman. Proactive is the worst.

I know this question is a bit old, but I use Dermalogica Clearing Mattifier, and it is awesome....expensive, but it works!

I was told not to use anything containing Salycic Acid (sp?). So when I broke out really bad around 5 1/2 weeks I used Cetaphil Antibacterial Soap on my face and then just some Oil Free Moisturizer , and I also use a Mint Julep Face mask to help dry up the pimples. Worked fine for me, cleared me right up without all the chemicals. Oh, also if they get really bad you can use Benzoyl Peroxide Ointment to help clear them up too.

Ps if you don't know anyone who sells MK, just go to www.marykay.com and search for a consultant near you. its only $13.00 and using it twice a day it lasts a couple of months.

I have been swearing by the Mary Kay Blemish Control Toner. I use it twice a day and it has really helped with my skin. I'm not someone who breaks out a lot but pregnancy has proved otherwise. I have been using Mary Kay since I was a teenager and became a consultant for the discount alone. But I called the medical staff they keep on hand and that is what they recommended. I tried it and it has worked like a charm.
Good luck. I know acne blows! :)

I've found that Noxzema works very well, but the only problem is that it can sting really really bad if your skin is sensitive. I've had a problem with oily skin this pregnancy, so the best remedy I've found is a micro-bead face wash every morning in the shower, and some cold cream at night if I wore makeup.
