This is a really great article I found about dressing during all trimesters of pregnancy! I found it to be helpful, especially to know I'm not the only one that is bloated like a whale. I did quite a bit of exercise this past weekend and the bloating reduced considerably (just some light walking and biking). Maybe some walking could help you too :)

I'd invest in some stretchy pants (yoga pants that look like regular knit pants were a lifesaver for me) and some skirts and flowy dresses. Right now it is probably more bloating than anything - but with second pregnancies you do often show sooner.

I'm ten weeks and trying to disguise my bump from the world till my 12 week scan and I feel huge.....apparently the water retention subsides after 12 weeks so don't rush out to buy maternity just yet x
