I've had this several times this pregnancy; it was double scary for me at first because I never had any spotting with my first son, and I just had a m/c a few months before this pregnancy (which was long and drawn out with lots of spotting/bleeding). Unfortunately -or fortunately, depending on your point of view- you can get spotting from all sorts of stuff, from lifting something, sex, constipation or any bowel movement; it's not just miscarriages that cause bleeding. So far there have been no problems with my baby; I am now 30 weeks (my last spotting was ~23 weeks). Just try not to stress too much and get to the docs as soon as you can; that is all you can do. /hugs!

I had the same thing 2 days ago. I'm 11 weeks and started freaking out when I saw pink blood on tissue and on top of that, I was cramping. Bleeding had stopped when I went to the ER. Everything was normal. If it's just spotting, it's normal. sometimes, after sex you spot too...that's normal too. I hope everything goes well for u!
