I'm finding myself pretty cranky this pregnancy. It's been harder, symptom wise, than my first two and i think that doesn't help. My life in general has been extremely stressful this whole last year. I opened a business, moved to less than ideal circumstances for having a baby, and have a teenager and a toddler all at once! A couple months ago, i completely blew up at some woman at the gas station for taking the gas pump i had been waiting for and if my husband hadn't dragged my out of there, i probably would have gotten into a physical altercation with her over it. That's not me at all! I never start confrontations like that! I've been getting mad over the smallest things too. I too, have suffered severe PPD after each of my babies and i really fear it happening again. Some amount of crankiness is normal during pregnancy, but talk to your dr if you feel out of control or so emotional, you can't function. You're not the only one, and there is help available. :-)

It is def normal to get more.frustrated during pregnancy. Try to walk away from the situation and just breathe for a minute or two. I know it is tough during the moment but getting too worked up during pregnancy is not good for you or your baby. If you find yourself unable to control it, then you def need to talk to your doctor about it. There is a link between aggresion and depression in pregnant women. Women that are depressed during pregnancy have a much higher chance of developing PPD.Just keep an eye on your emotions. Its much better to get things under control now before your baby arrives!!! :) Good luck lady!!!
