Q: Very low back pain!

I'm 36 weeks and was one cm dilated last week. Today I'll started having a dull ache that it so low in my back. I don't think it's ever been this low before. Now about every two minutes or so there is a stabbing pain to I accompany the dull ache. Is this a sign of impending labor or something that I just deal with in the last trimester?

You know, I wouldn't think its labor unless you notice a bloody show or something like that. You can always call your doc though. ;). Sorry I'm not much help my labor never began in my back like some women. Just keep an eye on it.
