Q: need advice about parent issues. Please help

Pm me if you are able to talk, I just really need someone to talk to. My dad was emotionally abusive my whole life. I am really noticing how catty and controlling my mother has been to me as well, I was wearing a slightly above the knee skirt, a tank top, and heels and she called me a slut....supposedly jokingly but it still hurt. Can someone please talk to me if they have experience with this. I'm almost 24 and still need to call my mom 3+ times a day and get her approval for everything. She has made me feel like talking to anyone else the way we talk is a "betrayal" to her.

I'm nervous about telling my parents about this pregnancy, and I'm almost thirty. My father has been very controlling, kinda like I feel like a puppet on a string for a lot of my life... Do you have a good relationship with the father of the baby?
