I will tell you a little secret. This is my 7th child and I have had preterm labor with all of them. I also worked in OB. Get some Epsom Salt and put it in a nice warm bath and soak yourself for as long as you want. Epsom salt has magnesium sulfate in it, which is in Terbutaline. That is what they give in the hospital to delay preterm labor. Good Luck!!

Im having all of those exact symptoms too! I asked my doctor on monday and she said that its all normal and those stabbing pains are most likely the baby puahing on your nerves since most are head down at this point. She said also that it could be the cervix starting to thin. The exhaustion and nausea are apparently very common to come back in the 3rd tri. I can barely make it thru a 4 hour shift at work at this point :P hang in there! If you do notice ur braxton hicks becoming more frequent or start following a pattern go up to your local hospital.

it could all be signs but then again it could be a real bad bladder infection or a UTI. I found out all of my pains was just a UTI. And there was some days i was having braxton hicks so bad i would swear i was in labor. If you ever question it go to the hospital or you dr's. Especially since you have done went into false labor before

hi there
Ive had morning and evening nausea. stabbing pains pretty much everything you have described, really intense braxton hicks that take my breath away at times. Im 38 weeks and no sign of labor. Baby is snug in there and not going anywhere! Hope your baby stays in a little longer tho if your only 30 weeks. But if your worried ask the doctors!!! im sure you will be fine
