Q: No Fetal Pole/Secondary Yolk

At this point of time my pregnancy ideally my baby should have fetal pole developed but it does not have fetal pole/secondary yold. Doctor said to do a sonography again next week and if the growth does not happen will probably abort. I am very scarred and worried, Any suggestions? My baby size is 4mm as of 19 nov

As hard as it is, try not to panic. I had the same thing happen to me last year, they told me it was a lolly miscarriage because they didn't see what they were expecting to see at my first ultrasound. Went a k one week later and we got to see that glorious little flickering heartbeat, she's now almost 10 months old. Of course, I've been on the other side of that too, when we lost our first baby, but I've found that it doesn't do to dwell on the negatives. Hold on to hope!

It could be possible but I am not sure. Leaves me too worried. Trying to stay positive and waiting for next sonography.

Are you confident of when you ovulated? Is it possible you're earlier than you think? I see you would have been just over 6 weeks at your appt so wondering if you might just have been right on that cusp of seeing anything.
