I wish I was writing with better news. Growth ultrasound went fine and baby has gained a pound since last week!! The bad news is my cervix is dilated and a piece of the placenta is all ready stuck (or just really close) and the doc said I will more than likely have a large bleed within 24-48 hours. With that said, I will he having baby later today probably around 4pm or ao. I am not going to lie...I am terrified at the moment and praying everything turns out ok. I probably won't be on here for a while but will update when I can!

You will do great and so will baby! My little Bear only had a 2 week NIcU stay and it was mainly to learn how to eat as overthinker said the next month will be hard but your baby will be normal and wonderful <3

And just to clarify, their development was still on schedule if you go by their "adjusted age" not their birthday. So, truly, they are thriving despite a very rocky start.

You have gotten to 34 weeks, so there is no question your baby will too.

I had my twins at 33 weeks. It was scary, BUT you are well within the bubble of having a completely normal, healthy baby. All will be well! You are in great hands. My Grace and Wes spent a month in NICU learning to eat (normal for preemies), and will be 1 year old on Monday. They were slightly delayed on a couple of motor skill things for the first 9 months, but they are all caught up now. They are chubby, crawling, smart, chattering, and in perfect health. The next month will be a challenge for you and your family, but everyday will bring new progress, health and strength. I am sending you prayers for peace, quick healing for you, and fast progress for your little fighter. You have done wonderfully getting this far. Sending you so much love from a mom who has been there. Hugs!!!!
