40 Weeks

How far along? 40 Weeks 100% complete!
Which trimester are you in? 3rd trimester. :)
How many days until your due date? 0!
How big is baby? Size of a small pumpkin.
What are some of your pregnancy symptoms? Contractions. Real ones, too! That are actually fairly painful! And pressure. Lots of pressure!
Any cravings? No cravings, haven't been feeling too good!
Any food aversions? Nope.
What emotions have you experienced this week? Stress and excitement and a bit of sadness...
Are you wearing maternity clothes yet? Yep!
Have any stretch marks? Yep.
How much weight have you gained? Not sure but probably around 30lbs or so.
Belly button in or out? Mostly out.
Wedding rings on or off? Still on, but get some slight swelling every now and then.
Felt any movement? Yep. Feeling lots of movement recently, and really down low!
Gender? Girl.
How has your sleep been? Uncomfortable. :(
Are you nesting? Yes!
Labor signs? Tons! Won't be much longer now... I've been having contractions that come and go since Saturday night... I really think today may just be the day this sweet girl makes her grand entrance! Currently they are 10-15 minutes apart and lasting about a minute long. They start down low and wrap around my back. Along with each contraction, I feel quite a bit of rectal pressure. Will most likely be heading to the hospital sometime before my appointment if they continue like this!
What was your best moment last week? Spending as much time with my sweet Allison before her sister gets here!
What are you looking forward to this week? Meeting my newest baby girl! I really feel like it won't be much longer now! If not by tonight, then by tomorrow for sure!
Oh my goodness these contractions are getting pretty painful! Contractions have been consistently coming between 10-15 minutes apart since about 5 this morning (they continued all night, but were farther spaced out). They're getting to be a bit more painful, but I'm trying to hold out just a little bit longer! But at this point, I'm totally open to the idea of pain meds... I haven't had much sleep since Saturday and am already exhausted! I hope to update with a birth announcement soon!!
