18dpo First Beta..

So all those non-progressing First Response tests were beginning to get to me. All my other brands of tests are darkening really well every 48 hours. But FR is just the same line, if slightly lighter actually, the past five uses so I gave up on those tests!
But I decided to get an HCG draw and it came back at 80 (7/3/2019). It seems very low given I got my positive over a week ago.....but I wont give up all hope! Another draw on 7/5 @9am. We shall see...prayers for this little bean!

What was your HCG doubling like...?
Anyone have low numbers and successful pregnancies?
Any input appreciated! I've had low number in the past with my losses so trying to grasp onto some hope!

@sonata85- Thank you for your words of encouragement!
I think my case may be different...I wish it was as your!
My second draw at exactly 48 hours came back at 116.

So doubling time of 90 hours roughly.
And I've been cramping a lot and had bouts of nausea...also have had an odd chest pain past 2 days.
My doctor is now concerned of a possible ectipic with the beta numbers and my symptoms...but I am hoping it's not! I'm hoping that it'll resolve itself and I wont need medical intervention. All my other losses I would eventually within a few days start bleeding soon as I stopped the progesterone supplements!
So I am stopping them today and praying my body takes care of things naturally.....

Sadly it wasn't meant to be.

With my 2nd daughter, 5 days after my first super faint positive on Frer, I went to the Dr. and my HCG was only 54 (15 dpo for me), and 103 2 days later. After that it picked up speed, and when it was 648 we were able to see the tiny sac via transvaginal ultrasound. I've heard similar complaints about FRER recently. I see progression and have a friend who swears by the tests you're using.
